Smile Sublocation idea

instead of getting so many 'attempts' at a sub location, how about calling it 'rooms'

example you find the den of wolds which appears to have 10 rooms in it, making it all the way through it without heading back to town should great a % of finding some extra treasure

sub locations could be called 'secret doors' instead.

I don't see how this would change anything

Not much would, only the playing experience. Currently you have x attempts to explore a sub location

with my suggestion, you would find a dungeon to explore with x rooms

its all how you sell it

It would be slightly more plausable to have 'rooms' and 'secret doors' than the current system

Or just change how the curent system calls it. Really, after over 100 sub-loc 'discoveries' just how blind does your character have to be not to notice another 25 'areas', instead, if mleger's idea is a no-go, how about changing it to 'your character decides to re-examine the area for x attempts'

Also, maybe make it so you can't get anymore attempts until you have run out (or combne the 2 ideas: while you still have attempts left you discover a previously over-looked area)
