Gold Ranking - notification.

You get a notification when you rise in xp ranks. I think it would be nice to see the rise through Gold Ranking too.

I'm 16th in gold in the North American Competition Group, but I only found out when I accidently stumbled upon it while checking out the group.

Opps, did I say 16th in the NA Comp Group? I meant 5th overall.

Also, can we get some commas in the gold and xp count on the left side of the screen?

for example 3,040,220 looks alot better than 3040220
